These Terms of Service govern your use of the AIpSell platform and services. By accessing or using AIpSell, you agree to these terms.
- Service Description
AIpSell provides an AI-driven platform for:
- creating Funtineraries™
• supplier communication
• pricing and availability management
• operational orchestration
• real-time trip adjustments
The service supports DMCs and inbound operators in managing travel journeys from inquiry to execution.
- Account Responsibility
The DMC is responsible for:
- accuracy of data provided
• user permissions within the organization
• communication sent to suppliers
• compliance with local travel regulations
• protection of login credentials
AIpSell acts as a processing tool based on your instructions.
- Data Ownership
- all business data belongs to the DMC
• AIpSell does not claim ownership
• data can be exported upon request
• deletion is available according to policy
Your information remains under your control.
- Permitted Use
You may use AIpSell to:
- create and manage itineraries
• communicate with suppliers
• generate proposals
• operate approved groups
• analyze your own activity
You may not:
- use the system for unlawful purposes
• impersonate other entities
• attempt to access other DMC data
• reverse engineer the platform
- AI Behavior & Limitations
AIpSell provides recommendations and automation based on available data.
Final decisions remain with the DMC.
The platform:
- assists — does not replace professional judgment
• relies on supplier responses
• reflects data provided by the user
- Payments
- pricing follows the selected plan
• charges are per journey unless agreed otherwise
• invoices are issued electronically
• non-payment may suspend access
No hidden fees beyond the agreed package.
- Availability
AIpSell aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance windows may occur.
Support is provided according to the plan.
- Liability
AIpSell is not responsible for:
- supplier actions or failures
• changes in availability or prices
• travel incidents
• regulatory compliance of trips
The DMC remains the organizer of travel services.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect:
- business information
• pricing structures
• traveler data
• commercial communications
- Term & Termination
- you may stop using the service at any time
• data can be exported before termination
• AIpSell may suspend misuse
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these terms.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
